Prize-winning author and chef John Michael Lerma's delicious Avocado Pie is now available to to the public. This wonderful sweet and creamy pie comes in a 9-inch pie tin. John Michael bakes his tasty graham cracker crust that adds dark brown sugar and cinnamon to blend with the tropical flavors of the avocados. The filling is amazingly flavorful with a hint of lime and lemon juices to compliment the avocados. Topped with heavy whipping cream and sour cream that whipped up into a frenzy, you, your family and/or guests will delight in a simple but incredible tropical pie that will have everyone around your table making "yummy" faces.

Avocado Pies are not yet being shipped and only available in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area of Minnesota. All pie orders will be ready "next day" after 1:00pm for pick up at Golden Fig Fine Foods~790 Grand Avenue~Saint Paul, MN 55105-3386~(651) 602-0144
