On Tuesday of this week, I baked an original "hot dish" for KSTP Channel 5's Twin Cities Live. My
protein was pork and I used a recipe inspired by my recent trip to Italy. Currently I am in first place so cross your
fingers. I hope to beat my competition--four other top chefs from around the Twin Cities--and come out with the best
"Heavenly Hot Dish".
