PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• PAYMENT: The cost of the week-long program is $3250.00 per person and includes seven night’s accommodation at Il Rifugio, cooking classes (including guest chefs), special excursions (that include lunch and suppers), and all meals and house wine with the exception of leisure time. 

• Airfare is not included.  All ground transportation is provided to and from the railway stations and around Cortona.  A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before the start of the program. There is no refund for class hours missed by participants.   

• We gladly accept payment by credit card through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.  We also accept cash, your personal check, or money orders.
