chef, and Food Network personality John Michael Lerma will show you how to take advantage of the summer’s bounty, whether
it’s from your own garden or a local farmers’ market. Join him in the Nordic
Ware Factory Store to learn tasty new recipes to prepare using fresh greens, bright produce and locally-raised meats. He will
also share some tips for helping you preserve the flavors of summer for enjoyment all year long.

· Zuppa di Verdure (Italian Vegetable Soup-- includes a bonus recipe for Ribolita)
