John Michael Lerma grew up on a farm in the Red River Valley of North Dakota helping his grandmother bake breads, sweet rolls, flatbreads, and many other yeast dough products.  Join him at All Inc. as he helps "demystify" working with yeast.  You will leave class with tips, techniques and the confidence to bake your own breads and yeast dough recipes just in time for the holidays.  Your friends will comment that your home smells like a bakery.
