The family unit cooking together couldn't be more fun than taking tried and true recipes and grilling them outdoors with author/chef/TV personality John Michael Lerma. This is "hands-on" which means everyone gets to prep, cook, and eat. (One child free with each paying adult. $20.00 for each additional child)

Some of the many JML Tips & Techniques you will learn in class: How to prepare grill; knife skills; cooking with cast iron on a grill; determining the doneness of grilled items; corn essentials; choosing ingredients; grilling pizza, making pizza dough; using puff pastry on a grill.
